Welding Operations

Our company handles a variety of welding operations. Welding is a cost-effective and efficient way of joining metals.

We can offer welding operations for diverse materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium or other non‑ferrous metals). The company presently uses welding machines made by ESAB and employs qualified welding specialists to do the job.

Welding operations are performed using TIG- and MIG/MAG welding methods.

We are in a position to weld not only single parts (steel sheet), but also complex-configuration spatial- and frame structures.

The TIG welding process can use a filler wire which is fed to the welding spot as in the case of gas welding. This welding method is mostly used for welding stainless steels and non-ferrous metals. It is particularly suitable when welding thin sheets of 0.5 to 3 mm in thickness.

The most common method of welding nowadays is MIG/MAG.

The MIG method uses inert shielding gases, and the MAG method uses active shielding gases.

In MIG/MAG welding, filler metals can be used, e.g., homogeneous welding wire or metal-cored wire which is fed through a welding gun. Wire metals are continuously melted by an electric arc.
